Toronto, ON – The Canadian Hockey League today announced that Zach O’Brien of the Acadie-Bathurst Titan is the CHL Player of the Week after recording 12 points in three games including six goals and six assists with an impressive plus-minus rating of plus-11 for the week ending January 6.
O’Brien led the Titan to three wins last week highlighted by a five-point performance and two straight hat-tricks. After recording three assists in a 6-1 win over the PEI Rocket last Thursday, O’Brien scored his first hat-trick of the season on Friday and added an assist as first star of a 5-3 win over the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles.
