Gatineau,  October 2^nd  2012 –   The Gatineau Olympiques will begin their 40^th season at home this Friday, October 5^th, 2012 at 7:30 pm against the new team in the QMJHL, the Sherbrooke Phoenix.

A Tailgate Party will take place under the tent in the parking lot where there will be entertainment, food and beverages and lots of atmosphere. Hot dogs will be $1 and Slush Puppie will also provide free slush for the kids. Season ticket holders will be given 2 hot dogs and 1 beer coupon to celebrate the beginning of the season. They only have to present themselves at the Olympiques tent to get their coupons.  It will be followed by a special players’ presentation on the ice.

Please note that the Olympiques will play a second game at home on Saturday, October 6 at 7:00 pm against the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada.
