(LONGUEUIL, Thursday, November 20, 2003) ---- The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League announce its starting line-up for tonight’s game against the best Russian players for the Canada-Russia RE/MAX Challenge.
Head-Coach of the QMJHL all-star team, Mario Durocher (Lewiston), will start this first game of a series of two with forwards François-Pierre Guénette (Cape Breton, 33 points), Stephen Dixon (Cape Breton, 32 points) and Maxime Talbot (Gatineau, 37 points). James Sanford (Moncton, 20 points) and Nathan Saunders (Moncton, 11 points) will be the two defensemen who will start the game.
Goaltender Jeff Drouin-Deslauriers of the Chicoutimi Sagueneens will start the game; Jeff has a 3.69 goals-against average and a 0.899 save percentage.
Finally, tonight’s game will be broadcast on Rogers Sportsnet directly from the Halifax Metro Centre. The game will start at 7: 00pm (Atlantic Time).
