Minor Hockey Call-Out
With the PEI Rocket regular season underway and minor hockey starting at all levels, the Rocket would like to extend an invitation to all young hockey players, boys and girls. We don’t want them to miss their chance to skate on the same ice as their Island team. We would welcome submissions for the following:
Vogue Optical Shooting for the Stars
Vogue Optical and the PEI Rocket have teamed up to offer an experience to minor hockey players that kids dream of. Vogue Optical’s “Shooting for the Stars” will have two Atom A or two Novice teams squaring off against each other in a breakaway competition between the first and second periods of select PEI Rocket home games (non-school nights). The team that scores the most goals will receive honourable mention from our in-game hostess.
Warm Up with the Rocket & Ultramar
Warm up with the Rocket, sponsored by Ultramar, is a chance for kids aged 6 – 10 to skate with the Rocket during Warm up. Three lucky kids will be selected for each Rocket home game.
