Yesterday, stood the pink match of the Voltigeurs. A special ceremony was held on the ice where 2 drummondvilloises, Madame Liliane Lemaire who defeated the breast cancer 5 years ago and Mrs Annie Thériault, who is currently fighting against.  In addition, the Voltigeurs welcomed Ms. Marie-Julie Tchiember, general manager of the Fondation René Verrier and Mrs Nathalie Leclair of Club Super form, sponsor of the evening.  

Thanks to everyone, people who bought coupons raffle to win one of the pink jersey of the Voltigeurs players, thanks to the silent auction where it could have bet on the pink jersey of Jérémie Malouin and Jérome Verrier and the contribution of the Voltigeurs who handed $ 1 per ticket... The Voltigeurs will today present a handsome cheque of $ 7 450 to the Fondation René Verrier.

The Voltigeurs wanted to thank from the bottom of the heart, the supporters and partners for their generosity.  In addition, we wish courage and hope all these women facing this terrible cancer.

The game...

The crowd had a great hockey game last night. The Qc Ramparts eventually won it 3-2. Markers on the side of the Voltigeurs are Jerome Verrier and special note to Nikolas Brouillard fisrt goal. Honorable mention to Louis-Philip Guidon, who was named the first star of the game.
